What the service is

We publish product listings supplied to us by third-party retailers and let you search them. We are not a shop. We do not sell, supply, or dispatch any product listed here, and we are not party to any contract you enter into with a retailer.

Accuracy of listings

Prices, images, descriptions, specifications and stock levels are supplied by the retailer and refreshed periodically. They may be out of date or contain errors. Always confirm the details on the retailer’s own website before purchasing. We give no warranty that any listing is accurate, complete or current.

Buying from a retailer

When you follow a link from this site you leave it. The retailer’s own terms, privacy policy, delivery terms and returns policy govern your purchase. Questions about an order, a delivery or a refund must be raised with the retailer directly.

Acceptable use

You may use the site to search for and compare products. You may not scrape, bulk-download, resell or republish the listings, interfere with the service, or attempt to access it other than through the interface provided.

Intellectual property

Product images, names and descriptions remain the property of the respective retailers and brand owners, and are displayed with their agreement as feed suppliers. The site design, layout and software are ours.

Liability

We provide the service as is. To the fullest extent permitted by law we are not liable for any loss arising from reliance on a listing, from a purchase made with a retailer, or from the site being unavailable. Nothing here limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Changes

We may update these terms. The version published here is the one that applies.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction.
